A polished property video starts before animation. It starts with permission, selection, and a clear reason for every frame to exist.
Start with permission and a clear outcome
Confirm that you or your client can reuse the listing photos, then decide whether the video should sell a stay, explain the layout, or earn a reply from the host. A single outcome gives the edit a point of view.
Select a visual sequence, not just the best photos
Choose an exterior or arrival image, two or three hero spaces, details that communicate the experience, and a closing frame. Remove duplicates and weak angles even when they show another room.
Direct motion around the architecture
Use restrained pushes, pans, and parallax that follow lines already present in the photo. The movement should clarify space instead of inventing a camera move the image cannot support.
