How ReeltyHQ handles listing links, workspace records, uploads, and provider-bound data.
Accounts and workspaces
ReeltyHQ uses Supabase for authentication and private workspace records. We process your name, email address, encrypted authentication data, and the project information you choose to save.
Listing links
When you submit an Airbnb or Zillow URL, ReeltyHQ stores that link with the project you created. The current product does not access private browser sessions or crawl listing search results.
Listing information
You choose which authorized property information and media enter a project. Direct uploads, when available, are associated only with the workspace and project you select.
Storage and deletion
Account and project records are stored in your secured workspace. To request account or project deletion, contact hello@reeltyhq.com from the email address connected to the workspace.
AI providers
No external video provider receives photos or prompts unless you approve a generation action. Before any paid request, ReeltyHQ will identify the provider and show an estimated cost.
Infrastructure
ReeltyHQ uses Vercel for application hosting and Supabase for authentication and project data. Additional video-generation or analytics providers will be disclosed here before they receive production data.
