WHAT GETS IMPORTED.
How ReeltyHQ handles listing links, workspace records, uploads, and provider-bound data.
Accounts and workspaces
ReeltyHQ uses Supabase for authentication and private workspace records. We process your name, email address, encrypted authentication data, and the project information you choose to save.
Analytics
ReeltyHQ uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, traffic sources, device categories, and product navigation. We do not intentionally send account emails, listing descriptions, private photo URLs, provider keys, video files, or client-link tokens as analytics event data. Browser settings and blocking tools may prevent collection.
Public purchase activity
Verified paid purchases may appear anonymously on our marketing pages with the purchased plan or credit pack and purchase time. In Settings → Data and privacy, you can optionally choose a first name to display; this is off by default. We never use billing names, emails, addresses, or profile photos for these cards. Turning name sharing off anonymizes new feed responses; already open pages refresh within about a minute. The public feed shows only the last 30 days. Until purchases exist, cards highlight products rather than invented customer sales.
Listing links
When you submit an Airbnb or Zillow URL, ReeltyHQ stores that link with the project you created. The current product does not access private browser sessions or crawl listing search results.
Listing information
You choose which authorized property information and media enter a project. Direct uploads are associated only with the workspace and project you select.
Storage and deletion
Account and project records are stored in your secured workspace. You can submit, track, or cancel an account-deletion request in Settings → Account deletion, or contact hello@reeltyhq.com from your account email. A request starts a manual review; it does not immediately erase data, stop generation, disconnect provider keys, cancel subscriptions, or refund credits. Identity, shared-workspace ownership, active work, and retention obligations must be reviewed before erasure. Project Trash is reversible and has no scheduled automatic purge. Requests and status changes remain recorded for review; no automatic account-erasure schedule is promised.
AI providers
When you approve Build or Remake storyboard, ReeltyHQ sends only the selected property frames and project context to OpenRouter's GLM 5.3 Flash model for structured scene direction, using zero-data-retention and no-data-collection routing. Video generation remains a separate approval: credit-backed Veo 3.1 sends the selected property frame and direction to Google Gemini; BYOK Agnes models send them to Agnes AI; BYOK SeedDance 2.0 models send them to WaveSpeedAI; BYOK H3 Max and LongCat send them to fal; and BYOK Higgsfield Seedance Lite sends them to Higgsfield. ReeltyHQ identifies the provider, model, orientation, total duration, per-scene allocation, billing source, credits, and cost basis before video submission.
Client email scripts
When you click Script on a finished video, ReeltyHQ sends the saved listing title, location, description, and basic video format and length to OpenRouter's GLM 5.3 Flash model, using zero-data-retention and no-data-collection routing. It does not send your account email, API keys, video files, or client-link token. The result is a draft for you to review and copy; ReeltyHQ does not send an email. Copy the draft before leaving the page.
Provider keys
If you connect your own Agnes, fal, Higgsfield, or WaveSpeedAI credential, ReeltyHQ stores it encrypted with Supabase Vault and uses it only from server-side generation actions. The Studio displays only the final four characters after connection. ReeltyHQ's Google Gemini credential is stored separately as a server-only production secret and is never exposed to the browser.
Infrastructure
ReeltyHQ uses Vercel for application hosting; Supabase for authentication, project data, private media, and encrypted provider secrets; OpenRouter for approved GLM 5.3 Flash storyboard analysis; Google Gemini for credit-backed Veo 3.1 generations; Agnes AI and WaveSpeedAI for creator-authorized BYOK generations; fal for creator-authorized H3 Max and LongCat generations; and Higgsfield for creator-authorized Seedance Lite generations.
