A polished property video starts before animation. It starts with permission, selection, and a clear reason for every frame to exist.
Start by removing, not choosing
Open the full set and delete anything duplicated, badly lit, tilted, or showing a space already covered better elsewhere. Most photo sets lose a third of their frames to this pass without losing any information about the property.
One angle per room, two for the hero
The main living space and the kitchen can support two angles because buyers care most about them. Everything else gets one. A second bathroom angle is almost never worth the two seconds.
Keep two or three detail frames
A material, a fixture, a window detail. These give the sequence texture and a change of scale between wide room shots, which is what keeps a video from feeling like a list.
Check the set for a gap
Before building, confirm you have an exterior, every bedroom, at least one bathroom, and any outdoor space. A buyer noticing a missing room assumes there is a reason it was left out, and that assumption is never favorable.
