Yes, if you have the rights to the photos in that listing. Pasting a listing URL is a convenience for gathering images you are already authorized to use, typically your own listing or your own rental. It does not grant rights to photos from a listing you do not represent.
What link import actually does
It saves you exporting images from your MLS or platform account and re-uploading them one at a time. The photos are the same photos; the link is a shortcut for collecting them.
It does not create permission
Being able to load images from a public listing page has no bearing on whether you may use them. Rights come from your license or ownership, not from technical access. Importing another agent's listing is infringement regardless of how the images were gathered.
The legitimate uses
Your own active listing, your own short-term rental, a listing your brokerage holds, or a property you have written permission for. That covers essentially every real use case.
Check the frames before you build
Listing galleries often mix photos from different sources, including images from a prior sale supplied by a previous agent. Confirm the set you import is the set you are licensed for.
