A polished property video starts before animation. It starts with permission, selection, and a clear reason for every frame to exist.

01

Choose the rate you can hold in your worst month

Set the schedule you could still hit during your busiest period, not during a quiet week when planning feels easy. For most working agents that is three or four posts weekly. Accounts fail by going silent, not by posting too little.

02

Only one slot should require a new listing

If every post depends on fresh property assets, the calendar dies the first week you have nothing new. One listing slot, one market or neighborhood slot, one educational slot, one personal slot. Three of the four are always available.

03

Batch on a fixed day

Pick a recurring block and produce the following week in it. Content made the day it posts is content that stops when a closing runs long, which it will.

04

Keep a buffer of evergreen posts

Maintain three or four finished posts that are not time-sensitive. When a week goes wrong, the buffer covers it and the schedule stays intact.

05

Review monthly, not daily

Checking performance every day encourages reacting to noise. Once a month, look at which posts reached beyond your followers and do more of that. Ignore the daily variance.
