Short answer

Start from the photos you already have rather than filming. Select 15 to 20 frames, order them the way you would walk a buyer through the property, apply restrained motion, add a hook in the first frame, and export vertical and horizontal. The photo selection is where the quality is decided.

01

Skip the shoot

The slowest part of listing video is scheduling and filming. If professional photos exist, the most expensive input is already done and the video becomes an editing task measured in minutes.

02

Select ruthlessly

Pick fifteen to twenty frames and cut anything duplicated or weak. Selection determines quality more than any effect applied afterward, and it is also the fastest step to get right.

03

Order it like a walkthrough

Exterior, entry, main living space, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, outdoor. Following the path a buyer would walk gives the sequence a logic viewers follow without effort.

04

Export once, use everywhere

Produce the vertical cut for social and the horizontal cut for the listing page and email in the same pass. Coming back later to re-export is what turns a fifteen-minute task into a second session.
